What it does

A weekly plan built around your league

Not generic rankings. Give it your roster, your scoring and your matchup and get start/sit calls with an estimated win % when the data supports it, bye-week flags and the weeks where your team is thinnest. Every call shows its inputs, and you can ask for the calculation receipts. With Pro, the agent reads your ESPN league directly. With Lite, you paste or upload it.

Waivers and trades, by usage and by manager

Waiver targets are ranked by targets and carries per game and the last few weeks of trend, not last week's box score. Trade grades look at both sides of the deal. Manager scouting reads your league's own transaction history to show how each league mate trades, bids and responds. Lite works from the lists you give it. Pro reads them from your league.

Pro acts. You approve.

Pro can set your lineup, submit waiver claims, send trade offers and draft league chat messages. Before any of it happens, it shows you exactly what will change and waits for your approval of that specific move. No autopilot. A log of everything it did. Lite never touches your team.

Start with Lite to see how it thinks. Go Pro when you want it working inside your league.

Three steps each

How it works

Lite

  1. Add the Skill.

Download the Lite ZIP and keep it zipped. In claude.ai, open Settings > Capabilities and turn on Code execution and file creation. Then open Customize > Skills, choose + > Create skill > Upload a skill, pick the ZIP, and switch it on.

  2. Start a chat.

Open a new Claude chat and say: "Use Tendency Fantasy Lite. Help me set up my league." Read the first-run notice. Never share a password, cookie or session token.

  3. Give it your league and ask.

Paste your copied ESPN roster and matchup pages, attach clear screenshots, or upload a roster CSV. Include the season and week, your team, your scoring and your starting slots. Then ask. You make any change yourself on your league site.

Menu names can change, and the video shows the current ones. Skills you upload are not reviewed by Anthropic, so you can open the ZIP and read what's inside before you turn it on. Walkthrough: [SETUP VIDEO LINK LITE].

Pro

Copy-and-paste setup
  1. Add it to your Claude.

Open the Claude desktop app, go to the Code tab, and install the Tendency plugin from the private link you get after you buy. Add the Claude in Chrome extension.

  2. Connect your league.

Log in to ESPN yourself, in Chrome. Run the setup command, pick your league and your team, and read the plain-English risk notice. Your password and cookies are never handed to the agent.

  3. Get your plan. Approve what you want.

Ask for your weekly plan. When you want a move made, it shows you the exact change first. You approve it, it does it, and it checks the result.

What you need

Claude is a separate subscription that you pay Anthropic. Our price is one payment to Tendency.

The honest listNo coding. Copy-and-paste steps.

For Lite

  • A Claude account with Skills and code execution available.
  • Code execution and file creation turned on (Settings > Capabilities).
  • Your league info: your copied ESPN roster and matchup pages, screenshots, or a roster CSV, with the season and week, your team, your scoring and your starting slots.
  • No terminal and no Python install.
  • Good to know: projections and usage don't arrive automatically with a roster. If something's missing, Lite tells you what it can and can't say.

For Pro

  • A Claude Pro plan or higher, from Anthropic. About $20 a month, or $17 a month billed yearly. Tendency doesn't include or resell Claude. If you already pay for it, the pass is your only new cost.
  • Google Chrome, the Claude desktop app and the Claude in Chrome extension.
  • An ESPN season-long fantasy football league and your own ESPN login.
  • Python 3.9 or newer. Free. If you don't have it, install it from python.org before you start; the setup video shows how to check.
  • A computer.

Questions

Which edition should I get?

Lite is a Claude Skill you upload in Customize > Skills. You paste or upload your league info and ask about your league. It's advice only, and it never touches your team. Pro is the full agent. It works in your own signed-in ESPN tab, builds your weekly plan, and can make moves (lineup, waivers, trade offers), but only after you approve each exact move. If you want to see how it thinks first, start with Lite. If you want it working inside your league, get Pro.

Is my ESPN login safe?

Pro: you log in to ESPN yourself, in your own Chrome, the way you always do. The agent never asks for your password, never sees it, and never copies or stores your login cookies. It works in the ESPN tab you're already signed into, in a visible browser window. Tendency has no account system, no server for your data and no tracking in Pro. Pro's league data, manager profiles and logs sit in a folder on your computer, and what you ask Claude to read is processed by your Claude plan, under Anthropic's terms. Lite: it never asks for a password, cookie or token, and it never clicks or changes anything on ESPN. What you paste or upload is processed in your own Claude account, under Anthropic's terms, and Lite has no Tendency server. Please never paste a password or cookie into any chat. We will never ask for one.

Does it make moves without me?

Lite can't make moves. It only gives advice. Pro can set your lineup, submit waiver claims, send trade offers and draft league chat messages, but only after it shows you the exact change and you approve that specific move. You approve by typing a phrase it gives you, not a blanket "yes". Each approval works once and expires after ten minutes. It doesn't accept or decline trades on its own. There is no autopilot and no scheduled moves, so it only acts while you're sitting there. Everything it does goes in a log you can read.

What do I need to use it?

Lite: a Claude account with Skills and code execution turned on, and your league info to paste or upload. No terminal and no Python install. Pro: a Claude Pro plan or higher from Anthropic (about $20 a month, or $17 billed yearly), Google Chrome, the Claude desktop app, the Claude in Chrome extension, and an ESPN season-long fantasy football league, plus Python 3.9 or newer. Claude is a separate subscription that you pay Anthropic. No coding for either edition: setup is click-and-paste steps, and there's a start-to-finish video for each. Note that Skills you upload aren't reviewed by Anthropic, so you can open the Lite ZIP and read it first.

Is Pro allowed by ESPN?

ESPN's terms of use limit automated access to its sites. We built Pro to work inside your own signed-in browser and to ask before every change, but we can't promise how ESPN will treat any tool like it, and ESPN could restrict an account. You are responsible for your own account and your league's rules. At setup you read a plain-English risk notice and accept it before the agent can make a move. If that isn't for you, the 14-day refund covers it. Lite doesn't touch ESPN; you paste or upload your own info.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. Full refund within 14 days of buying, for any reason, including "it didn't install" and "I changed my mind." Email support@tendencysports.com with the address you used at checkout. If you're stuck on setup we'll gladly help first, but you don't have to accept help to get your money back. After 14 days we can't refund because a projection was off or your team lost.

Does it work with Sleeper, Yahoo or ChatGPT?

ESPN only today. Sleeper is next, with no date promised. Yahoo isn't supported yet and we haven't promised it. Lite is a Claude Skill, so it needs Claude. There is no ChatGPT version of Lite. A Codex edition of Pro is in testing and would be analysis only, with no moves. Want to know when Sleeper is ready? [WAITLIST LINK]

Will it tell me I'm going to win?

No. It gives you an estimated win chance with the inputs behind it, and estimates can be wrong. It's built to help you make better-informed calls each week, not to promise results. Fantasy football is part skill, part chaos, and that's the fun of it.

How long does it last? What does it cost?

Both are one payment with no auto-renew. Pro's updates and support run through Feb 28, 2027, whenever you buy. Pro is $29 for the first 100 buyers, then $39. Lite is $19. The first-100 price ends when 100 are sold.
